Delivery Information and Freight Delivery Address

The customer must provide a delivery address where deliveries can be made during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm).

A post office box address cannot be accepted.

If there is nobody to sign for the goods when they are delivered the freight carrier may leave a missed delivery advice card in the letter box advising of the failed delivery. The goods will then be returned to their local depot and the customer will then need to make contact with the freight carrier directly.

Delivery Instructions

Please provide clear delivery instructions within the “Special Delivery Instructions” area of the checkout. The customer must provide us with any special delivery details relating to your delivery address. For example, the delivery address of the customer be in an apartment block, high rise building, block of units or flats or have restricted access. This is so that special arrangements can be made if necessary. Special equipment or extra labour required to fulfil the delivery may incur an additional charge. Emmsee will advise the customer of any additional charges.

Delivery Times

In most cases we expect delivery to be within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment. Depending on the location of the customer delivery may take up to 5 business days. Emmsee will notify the customer of receipt of payment. A tracking number will also be provided to the customer where applicable. If the order contains multiple products, individual products may be delivered on different days, depending on the availability of freight carriers on any given day to facilitate the delivery. This is not under our control and is up to the freight company.

It is recommended that someone is at the specified delivery address on any given day during normal business hours Monday to Friday to accept delivery of the goods. Please give us any special delivery instructions so we can pass them on to the freight company.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a specific date or time that the goods are likely to be delivered.

Insurance

Transit insurance will be taken out by Emmsee and/or our suppliers to ensure that your goods are fully covered for any accidental damage or breakages that may occur during the delivery process

Australia Post

The goods will then be returned to their local Post Office, the customer will then need to make contact with Australia Post directly.
